International Graphic Supplies (IGS), based in Monmouthshire, has recently expanded its fleet with four state-of-the-art Titanium cutters, sourced from JWEI, a renowned Chinese manufacturer. The new additions are set to enhance operations for existing Titanium users, with two Titanium 2516 cutters equipped with routers destined for Colour Banners in Fleetwood and The Cut Factory in Pontyclun. These installations will complement their first set of Titanium cutters that were installed over three years ago. Additionally, the shipment included two advanced Titanium 330-R Label cutters. One is being installed at The Sticker Shop in Bristol, while another will enhance the capabilities of a Label Printer on the East Coast. Both recipients are experienced users of the Titanium 2516 label production systems, having used them for over four years.

Peter Flynn, Managing Director at IGS, emphasized the importance of repeat business, stating, “Repeat customers not only provide a steady income stream but also enhance our brand’s credibility and foster positive word-of-mouth, influencing new prospects considering our machinery. Their loyalty is pivotal in driving our growth and success.” Flynn highlighted that customer feedback plays a critical role in refining product development and service enhancement.

Flynn further explained the company’s customer-centric approach, “At IGS, closing a deal marks the beginning of a long-term relationship. Our robust after-sales support system has not only earned us referrals but has also solidified our market reputation.” He also invited both longstanding and potential clients to visit their booth at the upcoming JWEI Drupa event, which will take place from May 28th to June 7th at stand number D05 in Hall 5. This event presents an excellent opportunity for IGS to showcase their latest products and innovations, including the new Titanium 330-R reel-to-reel Label cutter.
