Printed.Com
A key player in the UK's printing market
The installation and operational training were managed seamlessly by the IGS team, tailored to meet Printed.Com’s specific production needs and the diverse requirements of their customer base. The Titanium 2516, procured from IGS—who are the official Titanium distributors for the UK and Ireland—joins a comprehensive range of cutting tables that IGS offers. These range from the small-format Titanium 0604, ideal for digital print markets, to larger tables suitable for wide format printing up to 3.5 x 2.0 meters.
Each Titanium cutter is equipped with an automatic precision cutting tool and a high-resolution registration camera, ensuring accurate and efficient job cutting. The machines also come with a variety of specialty tools designed to handle a diverse array of materials, enhancing flexibility and operational speed.
Peter Flynn, Managing Director at IGS, commented on the collaboration: “Digital cutting is a consultative process that ensures the systems we supply perfectly align with our clients’ current needs and future growth. Working with the team at Printed.Com has been both pleasurable and rewarding. Our installation at Printed.Com is part of a broader strategy that has seen us build a strong customer base across the UK, with clients including Booths Printing, Zenith Print and Packaging, and many others.”
Flynn also shared excitement about the broader interest in digital cutting and printing solutions, particularly for social distancing signage, highlighting the bustling activity at IGS’s showroom in Caldicot.
With this strategic upgrade, Printed.Com is set to continue its trajectory of growth, boosting production capabilities and efficiency to better meet the demands of its diverse client base.
